Automatic Bread Plant
A major step up from our basic bread plant is the PROMAC fully automatic bread plant. The shaped dough coming from the Industrial Long Molder are spread out on to wooden pallets or trays in a single, double or triple row as demanded. Simultaneously unloading empty pallets or trays while loading the full pallets or trays on to the trolleys, full trolleys are then pushed out of the system and the empty new trolley is positioned in front of the loader. Additional equipment such as sprinklers can be added to the system. The bread plant is controlled by means of a touch screen panel. The bread plant can be designed according to building plan or dough process direction. The system never deforms the trays or wooden pallets during the process and its capacity ca be set to 3300 pieces per hour max. A bread plant for toast bread is also available. System can be delivered as fully automated or semi-automated (pallets/trays are loaded on to the trolleys by hand).
